What you will learn
- Identify and name your relevant metrics and KPIs
- Analyze the evolution of your metrics related to user experience
- Set up effective tracking of your design metrics
- Recognize your organizational context
- Select the most relevant KPIs for your organizational context (conversion, retention, etc.)
- Develop a product argument to demonstrate the value of your choices to your team and hierarchy
