Budget & ROI

€15,000 to €35,000 per year is a significant investment. How do you justify it?
Per PM, the investment is €2,500/year for the Pro plan (around €210/month per person) — less than an analytics tool subscription. One avoided bad product decision or 0.5 points less churn is generally enough to pay off the program. We offer a personalized ROI calculator to model the impact with your own numbers.
We'd rather invest in tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel) than in training.
A tool without a trained team to use it = underutilized data. 80% of companies use only 20% of their analytics tools' capabilities. Our program maximizes the ROI of tools you already pay for by giving your teams the skills to use them fully.
How do you concretely measure the ROI of this training?
We define success indicators together upfront: reduction in decision time, improvement of specific metrics (churn, activation, NRR), PM autonomy on analyses. A mid-point check-in measures progress and adjusts if needed.
Is the pricing fixed or negotiable?
Prices are fixed — that's the counterpart to an offer limited to 10 companies per year with a high level of personalization. However, we offer payment facilities to spread the investment if needed.
Can we start on Core and upgrade during the year?
Yes, moving from Core to Pro or from Pro to Enterprise is possible during the year, prorated for the remaining time.

Organization & Time

Our team is overwhelmed. They don't have time to train.
The format is designed for teams under pressure: 2 to 4 days spread over the year, not packed into one block. Time invested in training is recovered by avoiding weeks of work on features with no impact. Ask yourself: how much time does your team currently spend debating without reliable data?
We already have a data team / data analyst. Why train PMs?
Data analysts produce data; PMs need to know how to interpret it and act on it. The goal is not to replace your data team, but to create a common language and PM autonomy on product metrics. Result: fewer back-and-forths, faster decisions.
We're in the middle of a reorg / hiring phase. It's not the right time.
It's often the best time to lay solid foundations. Training newcomers from day one costs less than correcting bad habits later. The 3-month minimum commitment allows you to start gradually and onboard new hires along the way.
How is the program concretely organized over the year?
We start with a free analytics maturity diagnostic of your team. Then, group training sessions are planned quarterly based on your priorities. 1:1 sessions are self-bookable by your PMs. You have a quarterly check-in with your Head of Product to adjust the program to your current challenges.
What happens if a PM leaves or joins during the program?
A new PM can join the program at any time — they'll get an onboarding session to catch up. If a PM leaves, their slot is transferable to their replacement at no extra cost. Your investment stays with the team, not the individuals.

Level & Content

Our team is junior. Won't the content be too advanced?
The program adapts to the maturity level of each group — that's the point of the 6-participant maximum format. Junior profiles are precisely those who benefit most from structured training to build the right habits from the start.
Our team is senior and already knows product analytics.
We propose a preliminary conversation to assess the real level and identify potential blind spots (advanced cohorts, expansion revenue, attribution…). 1:1 coaching allows us to go deep on specific topics. If after discussion we determine your team doesn't need us, we'll tell you.
You can learn all this for free on YouTube, Reforge, or blogs.
Free content is generic and fragmented. Our program is SaaS-specific, applied to your data, with a trainer who challenges your concrete cases. Personalized 1:1 coaching and ongoing follow-up don't exist on YouTube.
What's the difference from Reforge, Product School, or other programs?
Those programs are generalist and mostly in English. Product Move is 100% SaaS-focused, in French, with cases adapted to the European context. Most importantly, we offer continuous support (coaching, follow-up) — not just content to consume alone.

Commitment & Results

How do you measure our PMs' progress?
Each PM takes an analytics maturity assessment at the start of the program. We redo it at 6 months and 12 months to measure progress on concrete skills: ability to define relevant metrics, quality of cohort analysis, tool autonomy. You receive a concise progress report at each stage.
How long before we see the first results?
The first changes are visible as early as the first quarter following the personalized training: your PMs start structuring their decisions around clear metrics and challenging priorities with data. The impact on business indicators (churn, activation, expansion) is generally measured between 3 and 6 months, depending on your starting maturity.

Format & Logistics

Is the remote format really effective?
The program is designed for remote: 70% practical workshops, groups of 6 maximum to guarantee interaction and individual attention. For companies that want in-person, the Enterprise plan includes a full-day seminar at your offices.
6 participants maximum is too few. We have 12 PMs.
It's a deliberate pedagogical choice. Beyond 6 people, the quality of exchanges and individual attention deteriorates. For larger teams, we organize multiple sessions or you can opt for the Enterprise plan which supports up to 15 PMs.
What if it doesn't work out?
If after one month you are not satisfied with the support, we will give you a full refund.
